A total of 1, 575 scouts and scouters from the different councils in Northeastern Luzon Region actively participated in the 1st NELR Scout Venture and Advancement Camp with the theme “Sustaining Growth” held at Batakang, Data, Sabangan Mountain Province from November 30 – December 3, 2023.
There were 43 scouts and scouters who joined from the Baguio City Council, including students from the University of Baguio Laboratory Elementary School. Some of the scouting activities involved a Sagada Tour, Songs and Dances, Skills O’rama, Pinoy Games, Scouting Fundamentals, Hiking at Mount Polis (sea of clouds) and Mount Oona, Extreme Challenge, a Grand Campfire, and Community Service.
